Robert D. Wolanin Obituary

As we bid adieu to Robert's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Robert has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Wolanin and Lucille Wolanin; and his brother Jack Wolanin. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Lopata (Albert) and Richard Wolanin; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Reiland (Michael), Shawn, Albert Jr. and David Lopata (Bobi Jo).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. (2323 E Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Adalbert Church (160 S 15th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203).
