He was predeceased by his mother Dolores Leicher; and his brother Brian B. Leicher. He is survived by his father Robert H. Leicher; his sister Sandra Ruckel (Steve) of Pittsburgh, his nieces and nephews, Alexandra Ruckel-Niemczyk (Brandon), Steven J. Stroup, (Megan) Kelly Leicher and Christopher Leicher; his great-nephew Andrew Robert; and his sister-in-law Karen Leicher (Foley).
