He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Kosky; and his brother Edward S. Kosky (Mary). He is survived by: his children, Jay Kosky (Debbie), Jim Kosky, Jenn Kosky, Jeff Kosky (Ashley), Lily and Casey. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
