He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Mangan; his children, Kelly Mangan, Robin Fulton and Michael Mangan (Sarah); his grandchildren, Olivia Fulton, Braidon, Gianna, Lucia and Sofia Mangan; and his brother Hugh Mangan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
