He is survived by: his spouse Hongwei Bittner (Nie); his stepchildren, Josh Oster (Veronica) and Yanpei Ai (Miranda); his grandchildren, Beau and Elouise; and his siblings, Dave Bittner, Tom Bittner, Marilyn Birkner and Ed Bittner. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home, Inc. (806 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15229).
