It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bilby of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bilby and Mary Bilby; his brother Donald L.; and his wife Ruth Evelyn Stollar Bob (Ruth). He is survived by: his sister Hilda Mae Dicks (Chuck) of Tennessee; his sons, James R. Bilby (Anne) and Robert M. Bilby Jr. (late Becky) of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Deanna Clark (Denny) of Washington, Sarah Grimley (Josh) of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Ashley Bilby of Charleston, S. C., Melissa Freeman (Steve) of Hampstead, Jonathan Bilby of Baltimore, Kristen Royer, Ashley Skogsberg (CJ) and Greg Royer of New York; his stepgranddaughter Angel of Washington; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Joshua, Kirsten, Logan, Colten, Cheyenne, Aiden, Brooke and Mollie.
