We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2021, at the age of 77, Richard Towers of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Greensboro, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncles, Dickie, Lion, Grasshopper, Councilman and Airman; his parents, Lester Towers of Denton and Hazel Adams Towers of Denton; his wife Linda Mueller; his siblings, Thomas (Flora) of Annapolis and Carole (Russ) of Austin; and his children, Tarin Towers (San Francisco), Matthew Towers and Kathryn Towers (Baltimore). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the Richard A. Towers Parks and Nature Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 308, Grantsville, MD 21536.
