He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alvin Pelc of Pittsburgh, PA. and Rosemarie Pelc (Tysarczyk) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his brother Michael Randall "Randy" Pelc. He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela (Pelc) and Simms (Joseph Simms) of Peoria; his niece Tracy Tims (Filardi); his nephew Anthony Filardi; and his granddaughter Liliana.
