He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Rowland and Vera Rowland; and his sister Janis M. Schmid. He is survived by: his wife Terri E. Rowland; his children, Lyndsay, Richard A. (Kelly) and Brandon (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Richard E., Clara and Bennett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arner's Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at the New Cumberland Cemetery.
