He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Tokar and Sophie Hustava Tokar. He is survived by: his cousins, Dolores of Washington, Jim Hugus of Washington and Mary Lou Neil of Washington; and his nephews, Steve Tokar, Mark Tokar of Ohio and Greg Tokar of Ohio.
