Richard Franciscus Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Franciscus (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Franciscus (Biscuits) and Mary Franciscus (Toots). He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Ashley) and Taylor; his siblings, John "Jay" Franciscus (Georgia), Margaret "Peggy" Di Dolce and Susan Meador (Brian); and also Heather Kuhn (Chris). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc. (1719 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Basil Church (1735 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210).
