He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Felger and Irene Felger (Wetcher); and his siblings, William Felger and Mary Ellen Buck. He is survived by: his children, Alma Heck of Oakdale, PA, Elizabeth Hoy of Mars, PA and Wayne Felger (late Freda) of Spring City, TN; his grandchildren, Emily Campbell (Michael), Samuel Tanner White (Amy) and Jade Dorman (Billy); and his sisters, Ann Koskey of North Side and Betty Smith of Idaho. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
