With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regis Bane (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Regis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Bane, Sr. and Marie Meyers Bane. He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Bane, Jr., Rita Magyar, Verna Yeso and Robert "Bobby" Bane; and his children, Michael (Veronica), Eric, Rebecca and Regis Charles Bane (Kate Masley).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vereb Funeral Home (5106 Second Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15207).
