He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kosmal; and his sibling Jan Kosmal. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Miceli, Dave Kosmal (Sherry) and Mike Kosmal (Amy); his grandchildren, Joe Miceli (Rachel), Jess Miceli, Ethan, Amelia, Nolan, Katie and Alexis Kosmal; and his siblings, Joe Kosmal and Jill Zschocker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
