He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. Affinito Sr. and Lena Dallo Affinito; and his sisters, Lilyan and Emma (John). He is survived by: his sons, David Affinito (Allison) and James Affinito (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Ansley, Bailey, Wells and Collins Affinito. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-niece, great-nephew, and many cousins.
