She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathy Chedwick (late Paul, Sr.); and her parents, Anthony Nackrelli and Philomena Nackrelli (DiFiore). She is survived by: her child Lynn Golembiewski (late John); her grandchildren, Jonathan (Stephanie), Dana Golembiewski (John) and Paul Chedwick Jr. (Christine); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Zoey, Rowan and Bryce; and her brother Joseph Nackrelli (late Betty). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
