He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Wagner and Helen Wagner; his son Philip "Cork" Wagner; his siblings, Stephen Wagner (Helena), Timothy Wagner (Paula), Theresa Winter and Rosemary Burke (Butch); and also Mary Wagner.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. (2323 E Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
