"Jack" Moore, Michael Giovengo (Michelle), Ben Bryant, Stephanie Swiger (Mike), Scott (Nicole), Amanda Moore, Jessica Schmidt, Cecilia, Jaxon, Arianna Moore and Angela Bryant; his great grandchildren, Alex Boyer, Crystal Giovengo, Vance Swiger, Logan and Brooke Moore; his siblings, Mary Ann Hauck (Carl), Rene O'Donnell (late Pat), Kathy Meharry (late Chuck) and Tom Moore; and his friends, Kathleen Lankes and Mary Heiser.
