He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kenah Dodworth and Jean Pitcairn Daub; and his wife Janet Balentine Dodworth of Pittsburgh's Mendelssohn. He is survived by: his sons, John and George; his daughters-in-law, Robyn and Christine; his grandchildren, Cia, John Jr., Evan, Rowan and Fintan; his sister Be-Be Stroebel (Catherine); his brothers-in-law, Hal Stroebel and Charlie Balentine; his nieces, Wendy and Robin; and his nephew Kenneth.
