He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Geyer Blum; his child Shannon Johnson (Bill); his brother Dennis Blum (Kathy); his sister-in-law Christine Blum (late Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Christian (Anne Marie), Matthew, Michael Blum and Craig Bulas (Laura). He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
