He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Patchen (Fato); and his grandson Benjamin. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Patchen, Jr. (Alison), David Patchen (Nancy) and Mimi Cullen (Brian); his siblings, Brian Patchen (Bunny), Michael Patchen (Gigi) and Olivia Patchen; and his grandchildren, Patrick III, Otto, Trevor, Chloe, Zachary, Jeannie, Brittany, David, Trey and Annie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
