She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Slezak and Rose Ann Slezak (Cassick); and her brother Robert Miller. She is survived by: her husband Mark Pasquarelli of Pittsburgh; her brother Raymond Miller (Sandra) of Johnstown; her sister-in-law Josie Lovrich; her nephews, Aaron, Daryl, John and Jay; her niece Josephine; and her great-nieces, Mavis and Nora.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc. (710 Broad St, Johnstown, PA 15906). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
