She is survived by: her husband Walter S. Kowalok; her daughter Kathy Kowalok; and her grandchildren, Patricia A. Kowalok, Walter D. Kowalok, Judy Ayala (Manuel Ayala) and Michael Kowalok. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
