She was predeceased by: her sister Dorothy Beck. She is survived by: her husband Martin J. Kubiak, Jr.; her daughters, Linda Kubiak, Dawn Williams (Dave) and Susan Kubiak (Rick); her sister Barbara Downie; and also Little Pat.
