She is survived by: her children, Rayvaughn Perkins, Sr. and Ebony Duncan (Otis); her siblings, Constance, Teresa, Rosemary, Janice, Bonnie, John and Edward; her grandchildren, Rayoniah, Chantel and Otis; and her great grandchildren, ZZaine, Dallas, Juliana and Julien. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
