Patricia left this world on December 11, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGrady and Ellen McGrady (Cusack); and her brother John McGrady, Jr. (Marlene). She is survived by: her siblings, Suzanne McConnell (Thomas), Regis McGrady (Judith), James McGrady, Mary Conley (late John), Margaret Edwards, George McGrady (Karen), Roseanne McGrady, Eileen Flinn (Michael), Nancy McGrady and William. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Church (57 21st St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222).
