He is survived by: his wife Cathy Neumeyer; his children, Norbert Neumeyer (Julie), Cindy Ann Neumeyer (Lee Plimpton), Shayna Morford (Chris), Priscilla Neumeyer, Codi Neumeyer, Timmy Rachuba, Kelly Rachuba and Ryan Rachuba (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Owen, Demetri and Devlin; and his siblings, Annie Parrish (Mark), Debra Morgan and Michael Neumeyer (Dana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
