She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmelo Mento and Agatha Mento (Insana); her husband Louis; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Schaper (Kenneth L.) and Francine Matijak of Southern California; and her siblings, Mariano, Anthony, Samuel Mento, Miriam Joseph, Victoria Shanta, Stella Bogaty, Esther Duffy, Lillian Barker and Margaret Petersen.
