She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Mazick and Emma Mazick; her brother Jim; her sister-in-law Carol Mazick; and her parents-in-law, Carl and Joanne Tolino.
She is survived by: her husband Vince; her daughters, Cara Tolino (Jay Collins) and Candace Rothberg (Adam); her brother-in-law Carl David Tolino (Tina Reft); and her grandchildren, Tannyn, Parker Tolino Anderson, Aiden and Asher Rothberg. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and close life-long friends.
