He is survived by: his wife Debbie Capizzi; his children, Dennis Capizzi (Megan), Jessica Capizzi (Jerad Olmes) and Anthony Capizzi; his grandchildren, Mac, Carmine Capizzi, Hazel, Jax, Jaden and Caleb Olmes; and his siblings, Vincent Capizzi, Anthony Capizzi, Chrissy Summers and Kathy Meyer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
