He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burke and Jennie Burke of St. Helens, England.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Grace Burke; his daughter Eileen L. Burke; his sister Pauline M. Winn of St. Helens; his nephew Anthony J. Winn of Manchester; and his sibling-in-law Thomas J. Lackey of St. Louis, MO..
