He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayda and Mary Wayda; and also, John, Michael, Mary, Andrew and Ann.

He is survived by: his sister Charity of Nazareth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and her Sisters.

Sister Maurice Wayda, a Sister of Charity of Nazareth, died peacefully at the Vincentian Home on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the age of 94.
