She was predeceased by: her father Frank R. Filbert, Sr.; her brother Frank R. Filbert, Jr.; and her nephew David. She is survived by: her mother Anna M. Pieto (late Philip); her boyfriend Norman R. Schumacher; her siblings, Margaret Whiteman, John Filbert (Kristen Dent), Joseph Filbert, Andrew Filbert, Megan Filbert and James Filbert; her nieces and nephews, Caleb Whiteman, Zoey Whiteman, John Filbert, Jessica Filbert, Matt Filbert, Julian Filbert, Joey Filbert and Scott Whiteman; her great-nephew Anthony; and her great-nieces, Mariah and Natalia Filbert. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (3058 Brereton St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219).
