She was predeceased by: her son Benjamin Johnston; and her granddaughter Nadia. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Johnston; her children, Jennifer Disciascio (David), Susan Eichenlaub (David), Richard and Frank (May); her grandchildren, Heaven, Ava, August and Hannah; and her siblings, Jane Douglas, Jimmy, John and Nancy Harshman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
