She was predeceased by: her husband John C. "Jack" Krieger; her son Don; her parents, Leo Schertzinger and Catherine Schertzinger; and her sisters, Catherine, Ruth, Rita and Irene.
She is survived by: her children, Rich (Peggy) of Powhatan, VA, Bill of Brentwood, Nancy Christopher (Bruce) of Whitehall and Linda Bench of Cranberry. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and her 24 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A prayer was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Our Lady of Hope Parish (7003 Baptist Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
