She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Surloff and Ida Surloff; and her husband Milton Zlotnik. She is survived by: her sons, Cliff (Judee), Arnold of Pittsburgh and Stuart (Donna) of Montville; her grandchildren, Zachary, Bryan (Sonya), Lindsay of Pittsburgh, Robert of New York, Hayley, Joshua of Shelton, Ian of Houston and Eric of Horsham, Pennsylvania.; and her great grandchildren, Patrick and Ezra of Pittsburgh.
