It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret DeFazio of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy P. DeFazio and Patricia DeFazio Sr. (Kratzenberg); and her sister Sharon Bonney. She is survived by: her children, Christina L. Spano and James P. Spano; her siblings, Gina DeFazio, Guy DeFazio, Jr. (Maggie) and Frank J. DeFazio; and her grandchildren, Jaden, Tristan, Julia, Alleyah, Amari, Tyler, Alex, Caiden, Taylor, Aiden, Sophie and Owen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
