She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Higgins, Sr. and Dora May Higgins (Reed); and her sister Mary Arlene St. Vincent. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her brother James J. Higgins, Jr.; and her pet Davey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bellevue United Presbyterian Church (457 Lincoln Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Union Dale Cemetery (2200 Brighton Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15212).
