She is survived by: her husband Dr. Leonard Zadecky; her children, Leslie Harnish (Dave) of Concord, NC., Louis Zadecky (Anna) of Greensburg, PA., Leo Zadecky (Julie) of Olney, MD. and Loren Zadecky (Megan) of Mt. Lebanon, PA.; her grandchildren, Declan, William, Veronica, Henry, Grace, Meghan, Ethan, Dominic and Cameron; and her brother Kenneth Wilson of Pittsburgh, PA..

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish (310 Kane Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15243).
