She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Robert Mazzotta (Bob); and her son Robert F. Mazzotta. She is survived by: her children, Cyndie Henrichs (late Mark), Eileen Cain, Laurie Mazzotta and Gary Mazzotta; her grandchildren, Tyler Henrichs (Lauren), Tory Henrichs and Alexandra Cain; her great grandchild Camden Henrichs; and her sisters, Yvonne Mackiewicz and Eileen Bohan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation in the memory of Lorraine Mazzotta.
