She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kowalewski and Sophie Kowalewski; and her brother Joseph. She is survived by: her brother Edward Kowalewski; her neice Phyllis Shirey; and her nephew David Kowalewski.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation to AHN Hospice.
