He is survived by: his mother Janet Dearolf; his wife Kimberly Middleton (Cieslak); his children, DiAmore Rullo (Steve Reed) and Tyler Middleton; his grandchild Giavonna Moreno; his sibling Damon Lincoln; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Teresa Cieslak; his siblings-in-law, Chuck, Angela Cieslak and Dana Esposito; and his nieces and nephews, Santino, Giuliano, Donati and Nicholas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
