He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Manning and Ann Manning (Dymkowski); and his siblings, Eugene Manning (Karen), Joan Preston (Ronald "Pete"), Janice Manning, Marlene Hooper and Dale.
He is survived by: his brother Daniel "Whitey" Manning (late Linda). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews and Great Great Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Slater & Sons Inc. (301 Virginia Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15211, USA).
