He is survived by: his wife Christine Nath (Heidenreich); his cousins, Jason, Jennifer, Charlee, Peyton Ferris, Brian, Jamie, Zackary, Makayla, Samantha Ferris, Andrea Carelli, Judi Shaffer and Tina Carelli; his aunt Kathleen Carelli; and his friends, Jude, Christy Mihalik, Mark and Sonya Kasiorek.
