He is survived by: his children, Karen Zientarski (Wayne), Susan Hillen (James), Barbara Kaczmarek (Michael), Leo Karchut, Jr. (Jackie) and Amy Milkovich (Jaison); and his grandchildren, Brandon Hillen, Katrina Zientarski, Ryan Hillen, Natalea Hillen, Madison Milkovich and Myron Milkovich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
