She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Fazio and Maria Mazza Fazio; her brothers, Armand Fazio (Grace) and Albert Fazio (Annie); her daughters, Joan Zacharias (late John) of Pittsburgh, Nancy, Lynn Poulos of Colorado and Maria Poulos; her grandchildren, Alexia Zacharias, Lee Ann Moffett (Luke), Socrates Zacharias (Sarah), Jaclyn Boehm, Christopher Boehm (Julie), Perry Gemmell and Matthew Gemmell; and her sister Josephine Mancini (Fred) of Cranberry Twp.
