He was predeceased by: his father Kirk C. Ray, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Nada Ray; his wife Trina Heimbach; his sons, Aidan Ray and Thomas Wilson; his siblings, Emily Bridges, Brittany, Curtissa Ray and Kirk III; his aunt Jada Dalton; and his close friends, Jeremy Pasztor and Norell Smith. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc. (600 Dunster St, Pittsburgh, PA 15226). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
