He is survived by: his parents, Lori Hickman-Pfab (Roger) and Dale Hickman (Janet); his daughter Lily Grace Hickman; his sisters, Alyssa Luciano (Jason) and Jodi Peria (Sean); his nieces and nephews, Mila, Emilie Luciano, Senna and Ronin Peria; his aunts, Donna Miller, Debra Wilson and Darla Ferraro (Ross); his uncle Jim Putzlocker; and his stepsiblings, Ashley, Shannon, Jake and Nathanial. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
