She is survived by: her parents, Maureen Borghi and Ken Blackham; her mother-in-law Donna; her brothers, Kevin Blackham (Trish) and Keith Blackham (Jen); her daughters, Jacqueline Winsor (Jeremy) and Jennifer "Beaner" Chadwick (Dustin); and her grandchildren, Jackson, Kooper and Juliana.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made towards her funeral expense by contacting the funeral home.
