It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy R. Tofil (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kathy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kathy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kathy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Tofil; her parents, Joseph Mosakowski and Irene Grada Mosakowski; and her sister Joanie Watkins (Miles). She is survived by: her sons, John Tofil (Maureen) and Brian Tofil; and her grandchildren, Tyler Tofil, Trevor Tofil, Karissa Tofil, Kylie Tofil and Aiden Tofil.
